Today, December 1st is World Aids Day.
The red ribbon (pictured above) is a universal symbol of awareness for HIV/AIDS.
In an effort to increase awareness, support, and assistance for those living with HIV/AIDS, wear the red ribbon. You can also learn more about these diseases (Human Immunodeficiency Virus/Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome), donate money to charities such as the Stephen Lewis Foundation or National AIDS Trust, organize a fundraiser, and so much more.
