Week two, supposedly the hardest week, is over. It was rough, but it could have been worse. Much worse. Like little to no writing done worse.
Thing is I always feel like the last week of the month is the busiest for me and therefore the hardest. Let me know I’m not alone.
I hope Camp has been good to you and your novel has been too.
Keep writing. Push through. We’re halfway there.
Throw a party—your definition of one—to reward yourself. Don’t forget to invite me.
Seriously though if you can get through week two of NaNo, you can get through anything.
Halfway there! What’s your word count? It sounds like you’re doing pretty good!

Keep going, Herminia! When I get stuck or overworked, I pick up a junk food kind of book and let my brain relax a bit. I know when you’re writing like this, you probably feel like there’s no time to read, but it helps. 🙂

Definitely. I try to balance everything so I’m not doing too much of one thing.

… mine was the little to no writing worse! *laughs* but I think that is changing… well… maybe not, because I all of a sudden was writing last night, but now today, I am staring at the page again… who knows!

I am going to be gone half of both weeks, so I have to get a move on! I know I can do it, but it is going to be close *laughs*

All the more reason to work even harder and cherish the time you have. Good luck.
