Today’s assignment:
Create a recurring blogging event on your site, and/or make plans to attend a blogging conference.
To continue with the bookish theme, I want to start a Book of the Month event on this blog.
I’m going to work out the logistics by next month so I can integrate it in smoothly, but who needs rules and parameters anyway? Not this girl.
As for attending blogging conferences, I definitely will in the future. Until then you get a daily dose of Herminia on WordPress. Isn’t that enough? What more do you want from me?

Book of the Month? Like you’ll highlight a book each month, read a certain book and comment on it, or explore new books to read? Any of those sound great! As for conferences, you’re pretty awesome on here, and writing conferences are stinking expensive and rarely held in a place where you know someone and can crash on their couch for a weekend. You can wait on those. I still can’t afford one, myself.

Pretty much. 😛 I like all of those ideas actually. That’s true. I’ve looked into some conferences and I’m still in shock at how pricey they can get. Not to mention all the other costs a ticket doesn’t cover. Sigh, one day.
