Write while standing.

Talk while skipping.

Listen while stretching.

Or just get more exercise by actually exercising, Herminia, and not trying to cut corners. Just a suggestion.

  1. I just joined a gym and I everyone listens to music while working out. I’d love to put an audio book on my MP3 player, but mine is so old that I don’t know if it will work.
