I’m thinking of handwriting an entire novel in November. I want to write every single day, although I probably won’t aim for a specific word count. Possibly a page count instead.
And then if all goes well, I’ll try to type up what I wrote in December.
Reaching a certain word count isn’t necessarily my main priority. Because something called school exists. Not that school is my main priority either.
I would like nothing more than to enjoy my November.
So to avoid growing gray hair and having it fall out by the end, I’m going to do things a little differently this time around.
That’s the plan as of right now. But plans change. Plans are just plans after all.
It always helps to have a plan, and I always enjoy reading your plans. I think having a word count each day is intimidating and guilt inducing if you don’t make your goal. Pages are better, but give yourself some “wiggle room.”

My thoughts exactly. Word counts can be intimidating, especially if they’re ambitious and lofty. I know page counts aren’t perfect either, but these days I prefer them.

This sounds like a great idea! I’ve always wanted to handwrite during November. I don’t have the time to though because of work and my blogs. Someday, though! Maybe when I can (hopefully) write full time.

Yeah, I’ve been handwriting more than typing. Writing by hand is different, but I enjoy it all the same. Aw one day you should. Yes!

I’ve been handwriting every week when my sister and I go to the bookstore to write (because the battery on my laptop is dying, lol). But I’ve been enjoying it.

That’s smart. I should do the same. I’ve always wanted to go to the bookstore and read and write.

It’s fun. I’ve gone by myself before and it’s not as fun, but it’s relaxing. A change in environment is always good.
