I’m not ready for November. For NaNoWriMo. For my midterm on Tuesday.
I’m not ready for anything right now.
So instead of doing something I probably should (like studying), I grab a book and read. Worse, I don’t even grab an assigned book for school.
I mean, you only live once if you don’t read. Especially if you don’t read something you want to read.
I’m really just trying to avoid real life.
I’m okay with that.
I agree. It’s not that I’m not ready for anything, though, I just don’t have the time.
You’ll do awesome on your midterm and you’ll have a great NaNo!

That too. I think the lack of time makes me feel unprepared and not ready.
Thanks. I hope you have an amazing November.

I can’t believe it’s almost the end of the year, though.

Same. Where did 2016 go?

No idea. But I have too much to do, so if it could slow down a bit, that’d be great.

Haha right? Take your time 2016. Thanks!

Reading when you don’t have time to, MAKING time, is important. Not doing what you don’t want to do can be healthy! There are too many “shoulds” in life. As an old lady who obeyed too many of them, I can tell you, there are regrets!

I love your perspective. Yes! I want to live a life of no regrets. It’s too easy to get caught up in doing what you should and not do what you want or need.
