Here’s a list of 15 things you can do when you don’t feel like writing.
- Read. Too many books, too little time.
- Exercise. Your body will thank you.
- Walk. Jog. Run. Sprint. Whatever works.
- Blog. It might inspire your next story.
- Game. Have some fun.
- Relax. Meditate for a minute.
- Clean. There’s always something that needs organizing.
- Sleep. Take a power nap.
- Talk. Call an old friend and catch up.
- Shower. Or take a bath.
- Explore. Go somewhere new.
- Stretch. Yoga, anyone?
- Journal. Doodle. Scribble. There are no rules.
- Cook. Bake too. Make something edible.
- Eat. Take-out is always an option.
Sometimes you have to write even when you don’t feel like it.
Great ideas that I could take on board! I tend to end up browsing silly Buzzfeed-style articles until my eyes are struggling to stay open any more, instead of doing anything even vaguely productive or healthy lol

Mmm, you’re not alone. Screen fatigue is real. My eyes get so tired. I hope you’re more productive when you aren’t writing. 🙂

It’s so much fun! Would you ever consider getting the Nintendo Switch?

Right? I’m not sure if I ever will. My Nintendo DS has kept me plenty occupied as of late. 🙂

Honestly, that’s partly why I decided to start a gaming blog. I enjoy gaming as much as writing and it allows me to play games for “work,” lol.

Smart. That’s a lot of fun work.
